Vomiting is also known as throwing up is a forceful discharge of the stomach content which may e as result of medical conditions and this vomiting can lead to dehydration or can be deadly if it is not well treated. This article will guide on how you can naturally stop vomiting at home without taken any medication.
Ginger is antispasmodic in nature and it is the first step in stopping nausea and vomiing.
You can try some ginger tea with a little honey or eat some fresh ginger slices with or without honey.
Mix one teaspoon each of ginger juice and lemon juice and consume it for several times a day.

Mint leave is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent called rosmarinic acid. These rosmarinic acid is very useful to reduce serious allergy symptoms.
Chew mint leave when you feel like vomiting to eliminate the vomiting sensation, clearing any form irritation in the body. The leaves can also be used for stomach upset and indigestion.You can take dried mint leaves to a cup of hot water allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain and drink.
Another method is to make a soothing solution by mixing one teaspoon each of mint juice and one tablespoon of honey. Then after that consume it three times a day.
Clove helps in digestion and also stops vomiting.
Chew some cloves or you can make a cup of tea to treat vomiting.You can also mix some fried cloves with honey and swallow it.
Vinegar contains antimicrobial properties that helps to treat food poisoning, detoxify and calm the stomach.
Rinse your mouth with one teaspoon of vinegar diluted in one half cup of water because the smell of vomit can sometimes causes more vomiting.
You can also mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of a glass of water and drink it.
Peel an onion and rinse the peeled onion properly with water and then cut the peeled onion into small sizes then grind it and extracts the water from the onion. This onion contains organosulphur compound which can reduce cholesterol level improve blood circulation and treat certain urinary disorders.
You can mix two teaspoons of honey in one half cup of onion juice, then take one tablespoon of the mixture.
Also you can mix one teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of grated ginger then consume the mixture at regular interval to stop vomiting.
Sugar and Salt
If the vomiting prolongs then take a mixture of sugar and salt to replace the fluid lost in the body during vomiting.
Rice water is very good in stopping vomiting. White rice is preferred than brown rice because it is rich in starch and easier to digest. Rice water stops vomiting especially when it is caused by gastritis.
Boil a cup of rice and a half cup of water, then strain the solution and drink the rice water.
Vomiting reduces the water content of the body while flushing out the toxins and waste in the body.
When you want to take water, take it slowly to avoid gulp as it would facilitate the vomiting process and take the water when you feel like vomiting or while vomiting because it makes the body strong enough. The water can be taken 12-18 minutes.
Cinnamon helps to calm the stomach, stop nausea and vomiting which is caused by digestive problems.
Add one teaspoon of cinnamon in a cup of boiling water, you can also use the cinnamon stick if you donot have the powder. Then allow it to steep for a minutes and then strain the water.
You can add one tablespoon of honey if you wish to and then drink it slowly.
